With Christmas drawing closer, Vigan City in Ilocos Sur is cracking down on street children engaging in caroling, especially at night.
The city government has formed a task force to keep children from caroling in the streets, GMA News TV's "Balita Pilipinas Ngayon" reported.
City officials are also working to make sure the street children would not engage in caroling in other public places.
Besides, they said, children being at risk is not good for tourism. — Joel Locsin/VC, GMA News
