Kid Cudi to headline music festival Wanderland on April 25

The one-day event will be held at the Globe Circuit Event Grounds in Makati City and will feature performances from local and international music acts, as well as other activities. According to organizer Karpos Multimedia in a statement, these include obstacle courses, smores stations, and live art exhibitions from June Digan, Kris Abrigo, and Tokwa Peñaflorida.
A New York-based singer-songwriter and rapper, Kid Cudi made his name with the 2009 hit "Day 'n' Nite", which was named one of that year's 25 best songs by Rolling Stone magazine. His 2008 mixtape, "A Kid named Cudi", caught the attention of Kanye West, who signed him to his label G.O.O.D. Music and sampled some of his music for one of his songs on "Yeezus." Cudi later left the label, and is now with Republic Records.

Popular band Hale, which formed in 2004 and disbanded in 2010, has reunited this year and will be among the most anticipated performers at Wanderland.

The Jungle Giants
Augustana - the California act used to be a six-piece band, but now only consists of singer and guitarist Dan Layus, who is still performing under the name. Augustana was formed in 2002 and has released four albums.
Youngblood Hawke - the six-member band scored a minor hit, "We Come Running," in 2012. The song featured in the group's 2012 EP and its 2013 debut album, "Wake Up."
The Jungle Giants - having toured their native Australia with other acts, the four members of The Jungle Giants have seen their song "Mr. Polite" rack up more than 500,000 views on Youtube.
Lewis Watson - Twenty-two-year-old British singer-songwriter Lewis Watson has four EPs under his belt, as well as a recording deal with Warner Bros. Records. His debut album, "The Morning," was released last year. it received mixed reviews, but The Telegraph said that Watson was "worth keeping an eye on."
