Duchess of Cambridge due to give birth in April

The Duchess of Cambridge has revealed when her second baby is due on a visit to a London charity Wednesday.

Asked by a volunteer when the fourth-in-line to the throne might be putting in an appearance, she reportedly said: "I'm due mid-April, to the end of April. Not long to go now."

It's a sign her baby will almost certainly be born by the time of the UK General Election on May 7.

On her visit to the Brookhill Children's Center on a south London council estate, the Duchess chose a bargain maternity dress from online retailer ASOS—worth just £35, around $51.

The Duchess, popularly known as Kate, attended a coffee morning before watching a training session for volunteers and visiting an on-site creche. — Reuters
