Wanderland is known to feature foreign acts and local talents in one event. Earlier this year, its headliner was hiphop star Kid Cudi.
The next Wanderland festival will be held at the Globe Circuit Events Ground on March 5, 2016.
This will be Death Cab for Cutie's second visit to Manila, following its concert at the NBC Tent in 2012.
The Grammy-nominated band was formed in 1997 and currently consists of Ben Gibbard (vocals, guitar, piano), Nick Harmer (bass), and Jason McGerr (drums). It released its eighth album, "Kintsugi," on March 31.
Pre-selling of Wanderland tickets will start on September 18. — Trisha Macas/BM, GMA News
