While she did not make the top 5, Bb. Pilipinas-International Janicel Lubina was awarded the Best Dresser special award.

The Filipina beauty queen wore a white sakura gown by Filipino designer Leo Almodal.

According to Almodal in a Facebook post, “Every woman is unique and distinct and in selecting the right gown, I make sure that it's best on her. The right cut that will emphasize her curves. I choose the luckiest color that will amplify her luck (Feng Shui) and best for her skintone.”
