After confusion, Pia Wurtzbach is crowned Miss Universe

There was major confusion in the Miss Universe pageant on Monday after host Steve Harvey mistakenly announced Miss Colombia as the winner. But after apologizing, the comedian announced that Pia Wurtzbach had actually won the crown, the Philippines' first in the prestigious pageant since 1973.
