Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach disclosed at the top-rating US show Good Morning America, on her first day on the job that she will not share the crown.

During her interview with host Lara Spencer, which lasted for a little more than four minutes, Wurtzbach was asked for her reaction to Miss Colombia's Ariadna Gutierrez on the idea of sharing the crown.

"I think it would be a little bit difficult for two girls to share a crown. But I have high hopes this will give great opportunities for me and for Miss Colombia and the rest of the contestants," was Pia's candid answer.

She also told Spencer that she called up Gutierrez to greet her on her birthday and wished her well.

Wurtzbach admitted that she also dreams of being a Bond girl, but this will take a back seat as she spends the rest of the year promoting advocacies supported by the Miss Universe pageant, including HIV-AIDS awareness, relief operations for places hit by calamities like the Philippines and cyber bullying. — BAP, GMA News
