It's a #MostBeautiful Sunday as Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach meets the press at Novotel. Wurtzbach arrived in the country Saturday morning and after an emotional reunion with her mom, the beauty queen was immediately back on duty.

During the press conference, Wurtzbach was flanked between Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) Stella Marquez-Araneta and Miss Universe President Paula Shugart.

Shugart called the Filipinos "the greatest fans in the world" and described Wurtzbach as "old soul" and "philosophical."

Meanwhile, the beauty queen candidly shared that she's happy to be doing this press conference because she actually won and she's excited to see her fans in her homecoming parade on Monday (January 25).

Staying true to her advocacy, Wurtzbach says she will get publicly tested for HIV when she gets back to New York. When asked if her attachment to the cause is personal, the beauty queen said no and explained that she simply did not understand the stigma surrounding the disease.  — AT, GMA News
