Full text of Senate Resolution congratulating and commending Pia Wurtzbach

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach made a courtesy call to the Senate on Monday (January 25), where she received a Citation for Excellence.  

Wurtzbach was given a copy of Senate Resolution No. 111, which acknowledges the "honor and pride" she gave the country by bringing home the Miss Universe crown.
