Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach supports call to end violence vs. women

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach joined the United Nations Women for Peace Association's “March in March” campaign on Saturday, March 5, to call for the end of violence against women around the world.
The fourth annual #IWALK4WOMEN march is considered the world's largest march to end violence against women, rallying to bring attention to the many ways violence impacts women in a global scale.
The march took place in New York City, with talks from several key speakers, including UN Secretary General Mr. Ban Ki-moon, music artist and actress Kat Graham, New York Police Department Domestic Violence Unit Deputy Chief Juanita Holmes, and Emmy-winning TV host and best-selling author Rita Cosby.
Wurtzbach was at the event with Miss USA Olivia Jordan.
