What is Kate Middleton’s secret to staying fit?
The secret of how British royalty Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, maintains her slim physique is by being a mother of two toddlers.
During her second day in India with her husband Prince William, they were guests at a party in celebration of Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday at the residence of the British High Commissioner in New Delhi.
People magazine reported that Professor Bulbul Dhar-James had the chance to ask Kate how she lost all the weight after having two kids.
“And she said, ‘I am running after my kids’,” she revealed.
Kate is a mom to two-year-old Prince George and Princess Charlotte, 11 months.
Dhar-James then asked Kate how she manages to remain energetic in all her engagements.
“I asked her, ‘Aren't you tired of smiling?’ And she said, ‘I'm just reciprocating. Everyone is so warm’,” she shared.
Meanwhile, her husband also shared how Queen Elizabeth II is as a great-grandmother.
“As she turns 90, she is a remarkably energetic and dedicated guiding force for her family... George and Charlotte will discover how lucky they are to have such a wonderful great-grandmother - a role model for the rest of their lives,” he said in a speech.
