The 25 candidates for Miss World Philippines 2016

Organizers introduced the 25 official candidates of Miss World Philippines 2016 to members of the press on Monday at Sampaguita Gardens, Quezon City.

Aside from the beautiful faces of the candidates, CQ Global Quest head Cory Quirino is proud of the intelligence and the good heart of each lady competing for the chance to represent the Philippines in the prestigious Miss World pageant.

"(This batch is) smart, and because they are so smart, they are sexy. Every candidate walks with confidence," she said.

CQ Global Quest and its partner Viva is staging the pageant, which will be held on September 25, Sunday, at the Manila Hotel tent.

The winner will compete in the Miss World 2016 pageant on December in Washington D.C. in the United States.

According to Quirino, "Malamig ang panahon, pero mainit ang aming passion at enthusiasm to win the crown." —JST, GMA News
