Ivan Dorschner shares his most precious Christmas memory

Kapuso heartthrob and “Meant To Be” star Ivan Dorschner is not just a pretty face—he's also a man with a big heart, especially for his family.

In an interview with GMA News Online, the actor looked back on his favorite Christmas memory in time for the holiday season.

According to Ivan, the most unforgettable Christmas for him was six years ago, right after he joined a reality television series.

His whole family was in the US and thought he would be celebrating the holidays in the Philippines, but Ivan had other plans.

“I surprised my family. After PBB, kunyari hindi ako uuwi. Tinawagan ako ng mom ko, sabi niya, 'Merry Christmas, anak.' [Hindi niya alam na] nandoon na ako sa front door namin!” She said, 'Oh, everyone is here.' Then I walked in and said, 'Yeah, everyone is here... Mom, 'you look great.' Pagtalikod niya, 'yun na. Surprised talaga sila,” he shared.

Ivan is among the leading men in the upcoming Kapuso Primetime series "Meant To Be," which also stars Barbie Forteza, Ken Chan, Jak Roberto, and Addy Raj.

"Meant To Be" is one of GMA Network's first drama offerings for 2017, alongside Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza's "Destined To Be Yours" and Jennylyn Mercado and Gil Cuerva's "My Love From The Star." — BM, GMA News
