Miss Philippines Rachel Peters advances to the Top 10 of Miss Universe

And we are one step closer to the crown. Our girl, Miss Philippines Rachel Peters is in the Top 10 of Miss Universe. 

She first made it to the Final 16 as a wild card, and then she walked the ramp and wowed everybody in a cute two-piece bikini.
