Miss PHL Catriona Gray makes it to the Top 3 of Miss Universe!

And Miss Philippines Catriona Gray just inched her way closer to the Miss Universe 2018 crown.

She is the first candidate called into the Top 3, which includes Venezuela and South Africa.

In the Top 5 Q&A, Catriona was asked about legalization of medical marijuana.

"I am for being used in a medical use, but not so for recreational use because I think if people were to argue, what about alcohol and cigarettes? Everything is good but in moderation."
