Singapore sets up vending machines that dispense reusable face masks for free
Singapore is using vending machines to provide its residents with reusable face masks 24 hours a day, for free.
According to a report on "Unang Hirit," each resident needs to have their identification card scanned for the machine to dispense a mask.
The resident can also indicate specifications, including the size of the mask, on a screen.

The Singapore government has installed multiple face mask vending machines all over the city state as all residents are required to wear a mask whenever they leave home.
Any resident who fails to do so will face corresponding penalties.
More than 32,000 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases have been recorded in Singapore, which is the highest in Southeast Asia.
