Philippines' Kodie Macayan was named Mr. Gay World 2020!

On Instagram, he thanked everyone who supported him and said that he is still processing the fact that he has achieved his dream.

"It still hasn't sunk in yet. It may probably take me a week to fully process this reality that I am finally living my dream forever," he wrote in the caption.

"Lord, I don't know what to say and how to begin to thank you but I am so humbled for this blessing," he added. "Feels like dreaming but I am not. Grit + Heart + Mind!"

Macayan bested nine other candidates hailing from all over the world in the pageant held Sunday in Knysna, South Africa.

Poland's Marek Pekarczyk was hailed the 1st runner-up, while Mexico's Vicente Miron finished as the 2nd runner-up.

This is the Philippines’ third time to take home the crown, after John Fernandez Raspado did the country proud in 2017 and Janjep Carlos won in 2019.
