Miss Universe Philippines 2022 has revealed the best in national costume, evening gown, swimsuit, and other special award winners!

Miss Makati Michelle Dee was named best in evening gown, while Miss Pasay Celeste Cortesi won the best in swimsuit and Miss Photogenic titles.

Miss Albay Julia Calleja Saubier was hailed best in national costume, while Miss Ilocos Sur Jewel Alexandria Palacat was named Miss Friendship.

Early this week, the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 finalists presented their national costumes, which highlighted local textiles and weavings.

They also flaunted their fit bodies in their swimsuits and exuded elegance in their gowns during the preliminary competition.

Michelle, meanwhile, took home six or the highest number of special awards from the pageant’s sponsors.

Beatrice Gomez will be turning over her crown to one of the 31 candidates at the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 finals night on April 30 at SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

The pageant is hosted by Miss Universe titleholders Pia Wurtzbach, Iris Mittenaere, and Demi-Leigh Tebow. – RC, GMA News
