NCT Dream, SHINee’s Key, WEi, Alice to perform at Smart Araneta Coliseum this May

Concerts are definitely back, and one is happening just a few weeks from now!

NCT Dream, SHINee’s KEY, WEi, and Alice are set to arrive in the Philippines for their “Begin Again: KPOP Edition” concert, which will take place on May 29, 5 p.m., at Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

According to CDM Entertainment, the two-hour concert marks the first live K-pop show in the country since the pandemic struck in 2020.

NCT Dream will be headlining the show, coming on the heels of their widely successful album “Glitch Mode” released in March. The group, who is one of the last acts to hold a concert in the Philippines in 2020, will be among the first international artists to be back on stage in the country.

Performing alongside the group is labelmate Key, lead dancer and lead rapper of SHINee. In 2018, Key made his solo debut with the single “Forever Yours,” which he quickly followed up with a full studio album titled “Face.” In September, Key released his first mini-album “Bad Love.”

WEi, a six-member group who debuted under OUI Entertainment two years ago, had since released four extended plays and singles including “Twilight,” “Bye Bye Bye,” and “Too Bad.”

Last but definitely not the least is the 7-member girl group Alice. Formerly known as Elris, they released early this month their latest single “Power of Love.”

Pre-selling of tickets begins on May 17, 12 noon, on CDM Entertainment’s website.

Official ticket selling begins the next day at 10 a.m. via Ticketnet website and outlets nationwide.
