You can always count on Bea Alonzo to give the best advice as someone who’s been through a lot but remains a woman of strength and grace.

In a vlog posted by actress Francine Diaz over the weekend, Bea talked about ghosting, the act of disappearing from a relationship without explanation.

"Mali 'yun," Bea said. "Masakit 'yun eh, mali talaga 'yun.”

“Be man or woman enough to at least break up, to say goodbye kasi sana nirerespeto mo rin 'yung tao kapag iiwan mo. Bigyan mo ng respeto 'yung relasyon ninyo," she added.

Bea said that though seeing or loving someone new is inevitable, decency is important.

“Be brave enough to say goodbye. Huwag tayo dun sa mga duwag magpaalam, ginusto mo 'yun eh diba. Wag kang duwag. Magpaalam ka naman, tinanggap ka eh.”

Bea is definitely in a much better place now and it shows.

Her 2019 breakup with Gerald Anderson remains one of the most controversial issues in showbiz.

At that time, Bea claimed that she was ghosted and cheated on, while Gerald continuously denied doing so. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA News
