As she prepares to represent the country in the international pageant, here are five quick and fun facts to know about the country's newest queen.

1. She is a third year interior design student

Nicole is currently studying interior design. During the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 Talent Competition last month, she showed her skills by doing a live sketch.

She has also been sharing some of her drawings on her Instagram. As seen on her "school" highlights, among the things she has drawn include plants, hands, and Italian renaissance art.

2. She is in a relationship with Giles Benedicto

The Binibining Pilipinas International 2022 is happily in love with Giles Benedicto.

Scrolling through the beauty queen's feed, it's obvious that she loves going on a series of adventures with her significant other.

In fact, Giles was present when Nicole was crowned Sunday. On his Instagram stories, he said he "never ever doubted you" and he "called it since day [one]."

3. She is not new to the pageant scene

Prior to joining Binibining Pilipinas, Nicole had a fair share of experience in the pageant scene.

One of her titles include Miss Millennial Philippines 2019, which she won in "Eat Bulaga." Her Instagram still bears some snippets from that winning moment.

"From the Queen City of the South, I am Nicole Yance Borromeo, your Miss Millennial Philippines 2019! It hasn't sunken in yet," she wrote.

4. She recently became a plant tita

In a recent interview with the Binibining Pilipinas organization, Nicole shared she became a plantita just recently.

No photos of her plants have been shared on social media yet, but we'll be on the lookout for them!

5. She loves her supporters

Nicole has a special place in her heart for her supporters.

On Instagram, she took the time to dedicate a post for them and even encouraged her fans to follow their fanpage.

"Thank you for taking this on and making me feel empowered with your support," she wrote for them.

Nicole was crowned by Hannah Arnold, who won Miss International Philippines 2021 in July last year.

The Binibining Pilipinas 2022 coronation night was held on Sunday at the Araneta Coliseum.
