Pauline Amelinckx on competing in Miss Supranational: 'I'll be able to wear the Philippine sash over my heart'

Pauline Amelinckx cannot wait to raise the Philippine flag when she competes in the Miss Supranational 2023 .

On Instagram, Tuesday, the Boholana beauty queen penned a message of gratitude as she heads to the next chapter of her pageant journey.

"After years I'll be able to wear the Philippine sash over my heart and that is so new and so exciting," she said.

"Grateful and still extremely blessed for this new journey and for all the people with me," she added.

Pauline once again joined the Miss Universe Philippines this year after getting named Miss Universe Philippines Charity during last year's pageant.

She is set to fly to Poland for the Miss Supranational 2023 on July 14. She will try to get the second crown for the Philippines, after Mutya Datul became the first Filipina beauty queen to win the title in 2013.
