Catriona Gray expresses gratitude for 'all the opened doors and answered prayers' in 2023
Catriona Gray was truly blessed in 2023!
On Instagram, the Miss Universe 2018 reflected on the previous year and expressed her gratitude for all the blessings and achievements she reaped in 2023.
Catriona shared a reel summarizing the highlights of the year for her, including hosting gigs, shoots, events, and fun times with her friends and family.
"I am so incredibly grateful for all the opened doors and answered prayers this year," the beauty queen said.
Catriona added that she used to see success only through her career, but in 2023, she learned that "life's moments are best celebrated with those you love."
"This year, I've finally built up the courage to reach out and lean on others when the going got tough — something that my usual, isolated, 'deal-with-my-own-problems-on-my-own', only-child tendency self wouldn't usually do," she said.
"And I was met with such incredible support, friendship and... healing," she added.
Catriona also thanked the people closest to her who made 2023 her best year yet.
"To my friends, pamili, family, and love @samuelmilby—life is so much sweeter when experienced with you!" she said.
"2024, I am so so ready for you and the new chapters you hold because I know whatever happens, I'll be surrounded by the most incredible people," she said.
Last month, Catriona marked the fifth anniversary of winning the Miss Universe title.
In February, Catriona got engaged to her boyfriend, actor Sam Milby, after nearly years of dating.
The couple, who revealed their relationship in 2020, plans to tie the knot this year.
