Eugene Domingo on spending 8 years in college: 'Ang sarap sa university eh'

Eugene Domingo has launched her own YouTube channel!

For her first episode titled "Most Searched and Most Requested," Eugene answered some personal questions, sharing some details about herself.

Talking about her educational background, Eugene said, "Kung meron akong desisyon sa buhay na never kong pinagsisihan is 'yung tinapos ko 'yung education ko."

The actress-comedienne said she spent eight years in college.

"I finished Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts sa University of the Philippines Diliman. Yes, nag-overstay ako. Ang sarap sa university eh. I also spent one year in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines," she said.

Eugene added that she preferred state universities more.

"Ayoko talagang gumastos 'pag nag-aaral masyado, lalo na nung college kasi wala naman talaga akong pambayad. Gusto ko lang talagang makatapos ng kolehiyo nang may diploma," she said.

Eugene is part of the cast of the upcoming "Into the Woods." She will play the role of Jack's mother (from Jack and Beanstalk).

Also part of the cast is Lea Salonga as The Witch and New York-based Fil-Am Broadway star Arielle Jacobs as Cinderella.

"Into the Woods" is set to run in August at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater.
