Sharon Cuneta adopts a rescue

Sharon Cuneta has a new fur baby!

On social media, PAWSsion Project shared some photos of a rescued dog named Scout that the Megastar adopted.

“Just in case you haven’t seen it yet, our dearest Scout is going to be a mega dog already!” the foundation wrote.

“The sweetest rescue, Scout, met mother Sharon Cuneta a few days ago, and stole her heart,” they added. “He will come home to the Cuneta-Pangilinan home this year and we cannot be happier for him! Angat buhay na yang Scoutie namin! #adoptdontshop Scout Cuneta Pangilinan!”

According to PAWSsion Project, Scout is a survivor of various illnesses including parvo, distemper and erlichia. 

On Instagram, Sharon proudly shared some adorable snaps of Scout playing with a stuffed toy.

“Baby Scout mana to Mama. Still a baby,” she captioned. 

Scout is just one of the rescued dogs Sharon adopted. In 2021, the actress adopted a stray dog she "fell in love with" during a shoot in Olongapo.

Aside from Scout, Sharon has three more dogs named Bella, Pixie and Pawi.
