'Kontrabida Academy' starring Barbie Forteza, Eugene Domingo to premiere on Netflix in September

"Kontrabida Academy" starring Barbie Forteza and Eugene Domingo is coming to Netflix next month!

On Thursday, Netflix shared a two-minute trailer of the film which is slated for release on September 11.

The trailer featured Barbie as a breadwinner and hustling jobs to provide for her family. Fed up with her current situation, she meets Eugene from Kontrabida Academy, a school which trains students how to be a villain.

"Walang bida, kung walang kontrabida," Barbie can be heard saying in the film.

Aside from Barbie and Eugene, the film also stars Jameson Blake, Carmina Villarroel, Ysabel Ortega, Yasser Marta, and more.

Barbie currently stars in "Beauty Empire" and the horror film "P77." Meanwhile, Eugene is part of the "Into The Woods" musical.
