Formula 1's Oscar Piastri receives bracelet from Filipino McLaren fan

A Filipino Formula 1 fan gave McLaren driver Oscar Piastri handmade beaded bracelets at the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix after being noticed by a staff member.

On Instagram, McLaren shared a video of a fan proudly holding a Philippine flag and wearing a McLaren cap.

She then asked a staff member if it was possible to hand over the bracelets to the team's drivers. The staff member agreed, and in the next clip, Oscar can be seen smiling as he received the bracelets and said, "Thank you."

As of the latest standings, Oscar leads the 2025 Formula 1 Drivers' World Championship with 324 points, followed by his McLaren teammate Lando Norris with 299 points, and Red Bull's Max Verstappen with 255 points.

The Singapore Grand Prix 2025 is set to take place on Sunday at 8 p.m.
