'Culinary Class Wars' S2 announces premiere date, reveals Michelin-starred contestants


“Culinary Class Wars,” a South Korean cooking competition, is set to return to Netflix for Season 2 on December 16.

On Facebook, Netflix shared a teaser of the exciting upcoming season and revealed some of the top South Korean chefs competing in the show.

The chefs participating in the show include Lee Jun, who received two Michelin Stars for his restaurant Soigné.

Joining him in Season 2 is Son Jong Won of Eatanic Garden and L’Amant Secret, each with 1 Michelin Star.

Other contestants named are Korea’s first master of temple cuisine, Venerable Sunjae, and Chinese cuisine master Hou Deok Juk.

Culinary Class Wars” is a cooking competition featuring 100 restaurant chefs and amateur hobbyists. Its first season premiered on Netflix in 2024.
