SB19's Pablo named as one of FILSCAP's top 5 composers

Pablo, or John Paulo Nase in real life, just added another feat to his already long list of achievements.

SB19's Pinuno was named as one of the Top 5 composers by the Filipino Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, or FILSCAP.

According to a report by Billboard Philippines, other artists part of the list are Rico Blanco, Jim Paredes of APO Hiking Society, Lito Camo, and Vehnee Saturno.

Pablo is the brains behind some of today's top P-Pop songs like "Gento," "Mapa," "Dam," and "Dungka."

As a solo artist, Pablo released the double album "Alon" and Laon" last year. He was previously a judge on "The Voice Kids Philippines."

Meanwhile, FILSCAP is the official music public performing collection society in the Philippines, founded in 1965. It renewed its partnership with GMA Network in October to protect music rights. —Nika Roque/MGP, GMA Integrated News
