Fátima Bosch begins journey as Miss Universe 2025 'with purpose and a deep commitment to the mission'

Fátima Bosch kicked off her journey as Miss Universe 2025 with a scenic video of her roaming around Thailand.

In the one-minute video, the Mexican beauty queen said that she “never imagined that one night in Thailand will change my life this profoundly. Here, on this stage in this magical country, I received a crown and became Miss Universe.”

“From this moment forward, I will carry a heart full of gratitude and a memory that began right there in Thailand, the place where my journey truly started,” she vowed.

In the caption, Fátima said she is starting her journey with a clear sense of purpose.

“Beginning this journey with purpose and a deep commitment to the mission of Miss Universe to represent with authenticity, lead with compassion, and use my voice to uplift others,” she wrote.

Fátima bested 120 candidates from all over the world to win Miss Universe 2025. Philippine bet Ahtisa Manalo was named third runner-up.

The Miss Universe 2025 pageant was marred by several controversies from pre-pageant events up until after the coronation, including allegations of rigged results.

Miss Universe Organization President Raul Rocha has issued several statements on social media addressing some of the controversies.
