'Boys Over Flowers' author offers new romance in Netflix series 'Love Through a Prism'

Yoko Kamio, the author of Japanese manga "Boys Over Flowers," has a new romance in store for fans!

Titled "Love Through a Prism," the anime series follows a Japanese girl who enrolls in a London art academy in the 1900s and meets a genius student from the British aristocracy.

Yoko wrote the story and provided the character drafts for the series, which will premiere on Netflix on January 15.

"Love Through a Prism" is directed by Kazuto Nakazawa, Tetsuya Takahashi, and Saki Fujii. WIT Studio ("Attack on Titan") produced the animation, which featured the sights of London as the backdrop.

The characters are voiced by Atsumi Tanezaki, Koki Uchiyama, Yuki Kaji, Megumi Han, Shogo Sakata, Yohei Azakami, Sumire Uesaka, Akari Kito, Hochu Otsuka, Yuhko Kaida, and Junichi Suwabe.

"Star flower" by Chilli Beans will serve as the series' theme song.
