Dingdong Dantes reunites with Abztract dancers in SexBomb concert: '90s vibes, fully alive'
The SexBomb Girls' concert on Thursday brought together another Filipino group: the Abztract Dancers!
On Instagram, Dingdong Dantes shared photos from the show, which saw him sharing the stage again with his cousin Arthur Solinap and the other Abztract boys.
"Congrats to Sexbomb on a very successful concert! Dahil sa kanilang reunion, nagkaroon din kami ng mini-reunion ng Abztract…at ang sarap muling makasama ang grupo. Even better, we got to dance together again on stage," the Kapuso Primetime King wrote.
"90s vibes, fully alive. And of course, I got to dance once more with my partner since the 90s—my super talented cousin [Arthur Solinap]," he said.
Ending his post, Dingdong congratulated Arthur and his wife, SexBomb leader Rochelle Pangilinan, as well as the whole SexBomb family.
Aside from Dingdong and Arthur's performance, the day one of the jampacked show also featured performances of EB Babes and SexBalls—the group of Michael V., Ogie Alcasid, Wendell Ramos, and Antonio Aquitania.
The SexBomb Girls' second concert is happening on December 9 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
The group rose to fame through its daily appearances on a noontime TV variety show. Later, the SexBomb Girls starred in the afternoon soap, "Daisy Siete," and became top recording artists.
Meanwhile, Abztract Dancers was a popular all-male Philippine dance group formed in the mid-1990s. Its known members include Dingdong, Arthur, Dino Guevarra, and Sherwin Ordoñez, among others.
