Miss Cosmo PH Chelsea Fernandez is a vision in blue for jury session

Chelsea Fernandez was a total stunner at the Miss Cosmo 2025 jury session.

The Philippines’ bet walked down the runway in a light blue and silver gown with scales and waves inspired by a dragon and designed by Leo Almodal.

“A vision forged in fantasy,” Chelsea said on Instagram about her look.

“Sculpted in icy blue and silver, this dragon gown comes alive by Leo Almodal with hand-embroidered scales, crystal flames, and a majestic dragon crest guarding the heart. Power, elegance, and legend—woven into every shimmer,” she added.

For the jury session’s swimsuit portion, Chelsea sizzled and flexed her toned core in a blue bikini.

Chelsea, a beauty queen from Sultan Kudarat, previously represented the Philippines in the Miss Globe 2022 , where she finished in the Top 15 .

Miss Cosmo 2025, the second edition of the pageant, will be held on December 20 in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam , where reigning queen Ketut Permata Juliastrid of Indonesia will crown her successor.
