Krishnah Gravidez performs 'A Million Dreams' as she takes final walk as Miss World Philippines

Krishnah Gravidez has officially ended her journey as Miss World Philippines.

Miss World Philippines 2024 and Miss World Asia 2025 looked elegant in a maroon gown with gloves and a wide bottom as she took her final walk at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in the early hours of Wednesday.

Krishnah performed “A Million Dreams” from “The Greatest Showman.”

In her speech, the beauty queen looked back on her journey.

“The path wasn’t clear and there wasn’t even a concrete plan, only a quiet certainty in my heart that I wanted to take the leap,” she said. “But God always finds a way to teach us, help us, and reveal the beautiful undiscovered pieces of ourselves.”

She added that Miss World Philippines taught her about human connections.

“Miss World Philippines taught me that in an unpredictable world, we can always find love, joy and amazing friendships along the way. That above all, human connections will make us see life as more beautiful and worth living,” Krishnah said.

She also thanked her family, Miss World Philippines family, the organization, sponsors, mentors, team, supporters, and Baguio City.

“And to conclude, please hold this close to your heart. Our world becomes worth living in when we choose to make it so, and a quiet paradise, when we let beautiful souls truly belong,” she said.

“You are never alone. We are deeply interconnected, and it is the shared heartbeat that makes our world kind, hopeful, and alive.”
 
Asia Rose Simpson of Quezon City is the new Miss World Philippines.

Aside from the Miss World Philippines title, Asia Rose also won the special awards Dr. Toledo Cosmetics Ambassador, Talent Challenge winner, and Beauty with a Purpose. She also won the Best in Swimsuit award, which she shared with Valerie Pawid West of Ifugao. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
