7 SB19 international collab tracks to add to your playlist

Long before booking one of the world's biggest music festivals, SB19 was already crossing borders through a series of powerhouse international collaborations.

From singing in a foreign language to tackling new genres and themes, the group has blended their signature sound with artists from various countries.

As they gear up for their historic Lollapalooza debut in just a few days, we've rounded up seven of their international collaborations to add to your ultimate SB19 playlist.

'Emoji' featuring Jolin

SB19 joined forces with Jolin for the song "Emoji."

The P-pop Kings and the Queen of C-pop worked together in a track inspired by Brazilian phonk beats.

The song included a music video that shows a futuristic metaverse where emotions are expressed through animated symbols and digital avatars.

'Toyfriend' featuring Be:First

SB19 collaborated with Japanese group Be:First for the song "Toyfriend."

It was first performed at the DUNK showcase in March, surprising fans of both groups as the song was still unreleased then. Later, it placed on the Genius Japan Overall Song Chart, landing at no. 4 after its official release.

The two groups performed it again at SB19's Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Finale concert in April at the SMDC Festival Grounds.

'Mapa (Indonesian version)' featuring Aruma

SB19 collaborated with singer-songwriter Aruma for an Indonesian version of their hit track "Mapa."

Aruma sang the first verse of the song, while Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin took turns singing in Bahasa Indonesia. All the singers then harmonized together for another flavor of the powerful anthem about parents.

The original "Mapa" is one of the tracks in SB19's 2021 EP, "Pagsibol."

'Love Yours' by Ohwon Lee

SB19 has also been featured in "Love Yours," a song from South Korean musician Ohwon Lee.

In the pop song, the members sing verses about breathing away doubts and learning to love themselves.

"Love Yours" is part of Ohwon Lee's 2022 album "Real Recognize Real."

'Moonlight' featuring Terry Zhong and Ian Asher

In 2024, SB19 collaborated with US-based DJ Ian Asher and Chinese electronic producer Terry Zhong for the danceable EDM track "Moonlight."

The song, which features sensual lyrics about craving for intimacy with their partner, has a quirky music video showing the SB19 members with deadpan expressions and stiff movements.

Earlier this year, the song was included in the European Space Agency's Music for the Moon playlist on Spotify in honor of the Artemis lunar missions.

'Ready' by Apl.de.Ap

Also in 2024, SB19 and Apl.de.Ap joined forces for the dance-pop track, "Ready."

The Black Eyed Peas member gave off his signature sound in the song, while the P-Pop Kings flexed their individual voices as well as their smooth harmonies as a group.

In the music video, the SB19 members arrived in luxury cars to attend a gathering at an upscale mansion. Apl.de.Ap later joined them as they partied through the night.

'Golden Hour' by JVKE

SB19 collaborated with JVKE for a remix of the latter's hit song, "Golden Hour."

The P-pop band added a Filipino verse after the chorus, putting another spin on the viral song.

JVKE released "Golden Hour" in July 2022. It became a hit on TikTok and was followed by remixes from the likes of Fujii Kaze, Ruel, and milee.
