1Z Entertainment posts cryptic teaser

Is 1Z Entertainment launching a new group?

The SB19-owned company posted a cryptic teaser on Wednesday night on Instagram. It featured a red flyer with the text, "Tabi! Paparating na kami!" along with a QR code.

The last slide featured art of eyes, and tagged the account @1Z_GroupA."

"This is not an April Fools prank," 1Z said in their caption. "A wave of energy is about to hit. They're taking over before you notice it."

Meanwhile, the @1Z_GroupA account remains private.

In January, 1Z Entertainment opened auditions for trainees. They previously looked for trainees for a girl group.

SB19 debuted in 2018 under ShowBT Philippines. They later founded 1Z Entertainment in 2023.

The group released their new album, "Wakas at Simula," on March 27.  It combines the tracks from the group's EP trilogy, "Pagsibol," "Pagtatag," and "Simula at Wakas."

It also includes six new songs, including "Emoji" with Jolin and "Toyfriend" with J-Pop group Be:First.

SB19 appeared at the Dance Universe Never Killed or the DUNK Showcase in Japan earlier this March, along with Cup of Joe and BGYO.

The group is set to hold their "Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Finale" on April 18 at the SMDC Festival Grounds.

They are also set to perform at Lollapalooza 2026, which will be held in Chicago, Illinois, from July 30 to August 2, and at Summer Sonic in Japan on August 15.
