Heart Evangelista set the record straight on whether she had any plastic surgery done on her face.

In an episode of "Heart World" Season 2, acclaimed dermatologist Dr. Aivee Teo appeared as a special guest and helped Heart explain the changes on her appearance.

Dr. Aivee acknowledged that Heart has a nice nose and that her eyes suddenly grew bigger.

"I think we should really address this question. Wala po talagang pinagawa si Heart sa face niya," Dr. Aivee said.

"Hindi siya nagpa-upper bleph, hindi rin siya nagpagawa ng ilong," the doctor added.

According to Mayo Clinic, upper blepharoplasty is a procedure in which excess skin from the eyelids are removed.

In a magnified view, Heart does not have any surgical scars around her eyes and nose, and does not have any signs of silicone in her nose.

"Got it from my mama," Heart said.

"Nothing, but again, we're not against it," the Global Fashion Icon added.

Dr. Aivee also said that Heart lost weight from more than 120 pounds to 91 pounds, which is why her face changed.

"If you lose that much weight, 'yung face mo, liliit din," Dr. Aivee said, and added that Heart has to take care of her skin because of it.
