Miss International 2026 to skip swimsuit competition at Final Gala
There will be no swimsuit competition at the Miss International 2026 Final Gala.
The announcement came via a collaborative Instagram post by pageant pages and the official Miss International account, where organizers revealed the competition would continue without a swimsuit segment at its final event.
Miss International also commented on the post with three blue heart emojis.
On Instagram Stories, the international pageant reposted an announcement sharing the same information and citing a post on X (formerly Twitter) by Miss International Executive Director Stephen Diaz.
Diaz also made a cryptic post, sharing a checklist that favored sportswear, more on-stage interviews, and SDG projects, while crossing out swimsuit competitions, emphasis on gowns, and the selection of Continental Queens.
The 64th edition of Miss International will be held at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Japan on November 25.
Katrina Anne Johnson will represent the Philippines as she aims for the country’s 7th Miss International crown.
