Nikki Gil defends interior design thesis: 'Proof to myself that I can still do hard things'

Nikki Gil has successfully defended her thesis for her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design degree at the School of Fashion and Arts Design Institute.

On Instagram, the former actress shared her journey from finishing her thesis to successfully defending it.

"A little proud of this one," she wrote. "Proof to myself that I can still do hard things."

"Last time I used this part of my brain was 17 years ago lol," she added.

Nikki's thesis focused on designing ADHD-friendly classrooms for learning environments in the Philippines.

"So grateful to my thesis advisers for encouraging me to write about something I genuinely care about," she said.

In the comments section, Iya Villania congratulated Nikki on her achievement.

"Proud of you, Niks! And while mothering!" she commented.

Nikki married BJ Albert in 2015. They have two kids: Finn and Maddie.
