Mutya Datul lauds Katrina Llegado after Miss Supranational 2026 win

Mutya Datul has joined in celebrating Katrina Llegado's big victory at the Miss Supranational 2026 pageant.

On Instagram, the Miss Supranational 2013 titleholder congratulated Katrina on becoming the second Filipina to wear the prestigious international crown.

Reflecting on her own journey as the second Miss Supranational in history, Datul said Llegado's triumph brought back "so many unforgettable memories."

"Watching another queen begin this incredible journey brings back so many unforgettable memories. As the 2nd Miss Supranational, I'm excited to see you write your own story and inspire the world," she added.

Katrina was crowned Miss Supranational 2026 during the pageant's coronation night in Poland, becoming the second Filipina to win the title after Mutya’s landmark victory in 2013.

During the final question and answer, Katrina was asked, “Please tell us the moment you stopped trying to become the woman the world expected and started becoming woman you’re really meant to be.”

“I always believe that we should never fit into a mold. We are perfectly imperfect. I am someone who struggles [with] perfection, but I’m here today doing my best and becoming my the best version of myself. And here in Miss Supranational, I know [there is] a place for me, and this is becoming Supra—above and beyond,” she answered.
