For the first time after separating from Jojo Oconer, Ciara Sotto was seen with a mystery date at her parents' anniversary celebration.

In a photo her brother Gian Sotto shared on Instagram, each member of the family stood beside their dates, with Ciara comfortably standing beside a never-before-seen man.

And while the celebration was for Senator Tito Sotto and Helan Gamboa, netizens couldn't help but zero in on Ciara, who looked very happy.

Ciara ended things estranged husband Jojo Oconer two years ago. In June, Ciara said their annulment is currently in the process.
