Alfred Vargas and wife Yasmine welcome bouncing baby boy!

Quezon City Representative Alfred Vargas and wife Yasmine welcomed their bouncing baby boy, Alfredo Cristiano E. Vargas IV over the weekend.

Yasmine gave birth on Saturday night, December 22 at 8:30pm.
