Gazini thanks Catriona for the warm welcome: 'I can now call you my Binibini sister'

The newly crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados thanked Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray for warmly welcoming her to the sisterhood.

On her Instagram account, Gazini posted a photo of her crowning moment and said, "'Welcome to the sisterhood.' Thank you for the warm welcome, @catriona_gray."

In her post, Gazini said she's "incredibly excited knowing that I can now call you my 'Binibini sister' and I am so blessed to have been given the opportunity to follow your footsteps. You will always be an inspiration, Queen Cat! Dreams do come true!"

Gazini will be representing the Philippines in the Miss Universe 2019 pageant where Catriona will be turning over her crown to the next queen.
