Kara David's Project Malasakit to take in Cesar Apolinario's kids as scholars

Kara David is taking in Cesar Apolinario's kids as scholars of Project Malasakit.

On Facebook, the Kapuso journalist said Cesar was the breadwinner of his family, and worked tirelessly for his three children's bright future.

Marami siyang natulungang mga tao at komunidad," she wrote.

Cesar's children Remuscesar, Athena, and Sofia are all honor students.

Kara said their education fund is open to donations through the Project Malasakit site.

The foundation has helped over a dozen children by putting them through school. It also helps families through quarterly outreach programs.

Cesar passed away at the age of 46 after being diagnosed with lymphoma earlier this year.
