When Segunda Unlayao's grandchildren asked her to put on a Wonder Woman costume and pose for photos, telling her it was for a school project, she gamely agreed.

Little did she know that the photos were actually for a special slideshow they were putting together for their Super Lola during her 80th birthday last month!

Lola Gunda, as her family calls her, still works as a farmer in Lucban, Quezon to keep active.

"Flex ko lang ang lola naming walang kapaguran," Makati-based photographer Ronn Unlayao said in a post on Facebook.

"Nanay Gunda, ang tunay na Wonder Woman. Every mother is a Super Hero, they never get tired. Our Wonder Nanay, a warrior in life," he added.

According to Ronn, who took the photos, Lola Gunda saw the slideshow on December 28 during her surprise birthday party, where she received another special gift: the presence of her youngest son, a priest, who had been on a mission abroad.

"Akala ko ay wala nang nagmamahal sa akin, pero 'yun pala ang dami-dami pa rin," Ronn quoted Lola Gunda as saying.

She also expressed the desire to hear a song she and her late husband used together, "Hinahanap-hanap Kita," and guests at her party obliged.
