US-based queens led by Manila Luzon and Jiggly Caliente to hold digital drag benefit show on June 12

What a show of sisterhood, indeed.

US-based queens led by Manila Luzon and Jiggly Caliente will hold a digital drag show for the benefit of Filipino frontliners and the Home of the Golden Gays, a non-profit organization that takes care of elderly member of the LGBTQ community in Metro Manila.

On Twitter, the highly influential Manila Luzon shared the show will be on June 12 — yep, on Philippine Independence Day.

Including Manila and Jiggly, 16 drag queens are expected to light up your screens with their outrageous performances, incredible costumes, their sharp wit, lots of laughter, and lots of heart.

There's Diva Soria, Philly Pina, and Rocky M. Sakura who happens to be in the latest season of RuPaul's Drag Race.

The queens suggest $5 as donation but of course you can give more, if you're able to.

The Home of the Golden Gays was established in the '70s by Justo Justo, an LGBT rights activist. His house became a refuge where members of the LGBT community could stay and live. When he died in 2012, Justo's family evicted the LGBT members living in the house. Majority of them became homeless. — LA, GMA News
