'WE'LL BE ALRIGHT'

Joyce Pring pens sweet message to Juancho on their ‘engagement anniversary’

A whole year has passed, but Joyce Pring can still remember the joy she felt when Juancho Trivino asked her to marry him.

The “Unang Hirit” host marked their “engagement anniversary” by sharing a heartfelt message for Juancho on Instagram, thanking him for “putting a ring on it” and explained how she knew they would "be alright."

Joyce also shared never-before-seen photos from last year, after Juancho got down on one knee and popped the question in front of friends and family.

The proposal, which happened during a get-together in Boracay last August, took her by surprise. So overwhelmed was Joyce, that she ended up “ugly-crying.”

Can you believe it’s been 1 year since Juancho and I got engaged?! ???? One year full of adventures, challenges, iyakan, tawanan, growth, weight gain / loss, away, lambingan, at kung anu ano pang experiences as a young married couple. Through it all I’m grateful for what God has been doing in and through our lives, at kahit na gaano kahirap pa ang maging pagdaanan natin sa buhay, basta ikaw ang kasama ko, and with Christ in the center, I know we’ll be alright. ???? Happy engagement anniversary to my one and only love, @juanchotrivino. ?? thank you for putting a (reaaally nice) ring on it. ???? Sharing with you some pics from last year in bumabagyong Boracay with all our friends and family! PS sa mga nagtatanong kung may hinala na ako nung mga panahong ito... sasagutin ko nalang sa next ep ng #AdventuresWithJuanchoyce. ???????? #Juanchoyce #TheTrivinos #PringAngBato! #PringHomeTheJuan #JuanchoMadeTheRightJoyce #JoyceChoseTheJuan #WeWinAsJuan #MyJuanAndOnlyJoyce #hashtag

“Happy engagement anniversary to my one and only love, @juanchotrivino. Thank you for putting a (reaaally nice) ring on it,” she added.

Juancho meanwhile marked their engagement anniversary with a short greeting to his "crush turned workmate turned girlfriend turned fiancée now my wife."

"Kaya natin ito because we are strong with him!" He added.
