Gabby Concepcion's mother, Lourdes Arellano, has passed away.

Gabby's daughter, KC Concepcion, announced the terrible news on her Instagram account, saying "My last living biological grandparent passed this morning."

Posting a photo of herself with her dad Gabby and her lola Lourdes, KC thanked her "for always reminding us of our family tree and for always keeping me close to the family, mommyla."

"Love you and will remember you and daddylo forever," she added, adding the hashtags #Arellano and #JuanArellano.

In a 2014 post, Gabby said his mother Lourdes is the granddaughter of painter Juan Arellano.
