Vaness del Moral has a lot of respect for all the frontliners around the world, especially her sister Juliene who is currently in the frontlines of the COVID-19 battle as a nurse in the US.

In a recent Zoom conference, the Kapuso actress and host of the online show “Just In” host admitted that she worried for her sibling’s safety, given the current health situation in the States.

“Pero, in a way kampante rin ako dahil alam ko na she can take care of herself,” she said.

Vaness also knew her sister as a strong and healthy person.

“Sobrang healthy niya, actually. Very healthy siya and very voluptuous, tsaka nag-a-ano (hiking) sila ng boyfriend niya,” she said.

Moreover, all the work Juliene had been doing to help contain the spread of COVID-19 made Vaness a super proud sister.

“S’yempre alam naman nating lahat na hindi madali ang ginagawa ng isang nurse,” said the actress.

Vaness shared a really sweet Instagram post about her frontliner sister last week, reminding her that she was only a call or a text away if she needed any moral support.

The Kapuso host also expressed her deep appreciation for all the medical frontliners like Juliene risking their lives to save others during the pandemic.

“Stay safe sis and be careful. I love you and I will keep praying for you! Para sa sakripisyo mo kabsat!” Vaness wrote on the caption.

“Salute to all nurses out there! You are not just a nurse, but God’s army,” she added.
