Parañaque chapel open to supporters who wish to condole with Lloyd Cadena's family

Days after Lloyd Cadena's passing, a chapel in Parañaque has opened its doors to his supporters who wish to offer condolences to his family.

Lloyd's friend and fellow vlogger Jerico Deleña made the announcement in a Facebook post on Monday.

"Sa lahat po ng nais maghatid ng pakikiramay sa Cadena Family, maaari po kayong magtungo dito sa aming chapel. Immaculate Conception Chapel - Kaingin," he wrote.

Jerico also reminded visitors to follow health and safety protocols to avoid the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

"Please observe social distancing. Wear your Facemask and Face Shield," he said.

Lloyd tested positive for COVID-19 shortly before his death, his family revealed on Sunday.

The Cadena family earlier asked for privacy regarding the cause of the pioneer Filipino vlogger’s shocking death at age 26 on Friday, September 4.

The family said Lloyd was cremated on Saturday and his remains are at their home in Cavite. —Jannielyn Bigtas/MGP, GMA News
